Meineke Car Care Center

Horrible experience, dishonest and money hungry. I selected this location based on a good google rating and pleasant experience when I initially called to schedule my appt, I wish I could say that about the rest. I had brought my vehicle in on Friday 5/22 for an issue with my AC. It wasn't blowing cold, also it was uneven from driver side to passenger side. I was informed that they would perform a visual inspection first then a more extensive diagnostic if they didn't see anything during the visual. Sounded pretty standard and they would give me a call with what they find. I receive a call and they inform me that my blend door actuator was broken and that the part is only available from the Audi dealership which is why the cost was so high. I gave authorization to get the part and get it fixed. That authorization was given under that assumption that a thorough inspection had been performed. Fast forward to that afternoon when I receive a text update stating that my vehicle is fixed and ready for me to pick it up at 1:49pm. Turns out it wasn't ready; I had called at 2:48pm before arranging transportation and was informed that they were still putting the dash back together. Not a pro

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service and genuine care — these guys go the extra mile! I went to Meineke on Fairview Road in Asheville, NC for tire replacement, rotation, and alignment, and I was blown away by the service. They did a wonderful job getting my tires mounted, rotated, and correctly aligned on my 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe LT. When one of my 22-inch rims turned out to be bent, they didn't just shrug it off — they offered to try repairing it at no charge. Even when it became clear the repair wouldn't work, they continued to help me search for the right wheel that would fit my Tahoe. That kind of care and honesty is rare. When I found more affordable wheel options online, they assured me they'd mount the tire I purchased at no extra charge. No pushy sales, no hidden fees — just genuine people who want to help. Meineke on Fairview has earned a customer for life. They truly go the extra mile with a smile. Highly recommend!

After experiencing a flat tire 🛞 on my way to work, I was stressed & anxious. Lindsey, at the front desk, was very friendly and kind. She got everything set up for new tires and paperwork quickly, making sure I had options, finding the best fit for my budget. It was a pleasant experience.

Dave at Meineke went above and beyond to help me with a warranty issue from across the country. After dealing with a very unprofessional employee at a different location in California, Dave gave me solid advice on how to handle the situation and personally helped set me up with another location that provided excellent customer service. He even shared his personal number to make sure everything was taken care of — which truly speaks to his dedication and professionalism. Dave completely restored my confidence in Meineke. Outstanding service and a genuinely great person to work with.
